Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and a valid reason for return
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation
- Delivery charges will not be refunded
Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong size, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer an exchange subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
